The Peak 9 Story

Inspired by a popular Colorado crepe shop, co-founders Óscar Andrés Villamizar and Daniel G. Villamizar embarked on a 10-month journey to develop an "exquisite combination of flavors." Their vision was clear: gourmet quality at an affordable price, delivered in a trendy, "fresh vibe" hangout.

Spending "más de un año" perfecting their signature crepe batter, Peak 9 launched in Bucaramanga, Colombia, quickly becoming a beloved spot for "los amantes de sabores intensos y bien servidos." The passion for craft extends to every item, from house-made ice cream to 100% local Santander coffee, known as one of the world's best.

Now, Peak 9 brings its unique fusion of Latin-American quality and contemporary café culture to Wyndwood Miami, Florida, operating as an all-day creperie-café with a distinct Colombian twist.
